Digital Service Scope
Escort-Arena provides digital advertising services, including profile listings, subscription-based visibility packages, and optional promotional boosts.
The platform does not provide escort services or arrange meetings between users. Escort-Arena only provides advertising space for independent companions and agencies.
Service Delivery
All services provided by Escort-Arena are digital services. Once a payment is successfully completed and verified, the purchased advertising package or promotional feature is activated.
In some cases profiles may require manual verification by the moderation team before becoming publicly visible on the platform.
Subscription Billing
Subscription plans are billed according to the selected package and billing interval shown during checkout.
If recurring billing is enabled, the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the user before the renewal date.
Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not cancel or refund the current billing period that has already started.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be granted in the event of duplicate charges, billing errors, or unauthorized transactions.
Refunds are generally not provided for partially used services, advertising performance variations, visibility changes, or user preference changes.
How To Request a Refund
To request a refund, users must contact the platform through the Contact page or support email.
The request should include the account email, transaction date, amount paid, and payment reference number to allow verification.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the amount will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, card network, or banking institution involved.
Fraud Prevention
Escort-Arena reserves the right to investigate transactions suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of the platform's Terms and Conditions.
Accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive payment activity may be suspended or permanently banned without refund.
